Looking around online I've found an article saying it's a Windows Update bug.but nobody else on the same build is having the issue, and I doubt with over 100 users it'd be an isolated case. Bit of a minor headache for me here - I've got a user whose Photo app on their laptop opens, then crashes immediately, whenever we try to open image files using it the program crashes with the following error message:
